本来、彫刻が持つ重量感を越え、重力が逆転した彫刻に挑み、海の中で自由に形を変えながら浮遊するくらげをモチーフにした木彫作品を制作している。
Born in Hiroshima Prefecture in 1980.
Hirakawa, challenging the solidity of conventional wooden works, carves wooden sculptures that have reversed the sense of gravity. His works have the motif of floating jellyfish in the sea, freely changes shapes.
